Platform infrastructure
The Navis Arca multi-tenant control plane is hosted with a major cloud infrastructure provider on a region-pinned basis, so customer telemetry and compliance-evidence data remain in the region you select. The named infrastructure provider and the specific region for your tenant are set out in the Data Processing Addendum executed with each customer and are available on request to legal@navisarca.com.
Necurity Solutions
Navis Arca is a product of Necurity Solutions Network Security Private Limited, the data processor and operator of the Service. Necurity is not a third-party sub-processor; any access by Necurity personnel to a customer tenant is time-limited, audited, and initiated by the customer from the console, as described in our security overview.
Notification of changes
We maintain this page as our current sub-processor list. Before adding a new sub-processor that will process customer personal data, we will give registered customers at least 30 days' advance notice via the operator console or the email address on file, so that you have the opportunity to review and, where the DPA permits, object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
